LCCT to KL-Sentral
March 9th, 2008 | by admin |I’ve arrived KL from Kota Bharu (KB) around 4pm yesterday, it was 4:30pm by the time I’ve gotten my luggage. I’ve decided to take the Skybus services to KL Sentral, it only cost me RM9 per ticket. To avoid crowded queue at Skybus counter in LCCT ground office I bought my Skybus ticket in Airasia flight. You can also opt to purchase your ticket in the bus itself.
You can go for Aerobus services (yellow colored bus), it’s slightly cheaper. It will only cost you RM8. Aerobus services will be using the same route as Skybus services.
The new KL-Putrajaya highway is a shorter route to take if you are heading towards KL from either Low Cost Carrier Terminal a.k.a LCCT or Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and vice versa. From LCCT, you’ll pass by our famous F1 Sepang circuit, follow the road towards Salak Tinggi, you’ll find a signboard that will direct you to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya and also Kuala Lumpur. The highway toll will cost you RM2.50.
The journey from LCCT to KL Sentral took around 40 to 50KM using the new KL-Putrajaya highway. It took me 40 minutes to arrive KL Sentral. I think it’s a very cost affective way to use such a service.
