iZZi broadband slow
April 15th, 2009 | by amdTaufik |iZZi.net broadband is having their maintenance from Saturday 11/04/2009 ~ 17/04/2009, it’s a 1 week duration. I get frustrated connecting to the website that I need to work with. Cant seems to do anything when this maintenance is in place. This is a very long maintenance and disrupting my work.
Lucky I have my backup, my 3G CELCOM broadband really helps. Although 3G CELCOM broadband is only giving me 400Kbps of speed, it is still better than using iZZi broadband that is currently under maintenance.
Yes they will provide extra 7 days subscription as a compensation, but the way they planned and carry out their maintenance work is simply bad and not being considered to people who actually works and generates income on the internet. It’s just frustrated!
They should have scheduled it stage by stage, at least it will not hurt us (the customer) so much. Waiting for 7 days for things to get properly fixed is too long!

Well this is the Msia standard… So many year already, the ICT still don’t grow up… compared to our south neighbor, their service and products is very satisfactory… they look deep into business due to high competition from just 3 players… Msia got so many player yet they like take the business for granted… SICK attitude,,,,
