Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal (KL CAT)

Kuala Lumpur City Air Terminal, also known as KL CAT, provides flight check-in and travel services, including free porter services. It’s a smaller scale of KLIA airport, for your conveniences.



It is located at KL Sentral, the heart of Kuala Lumpur public transportation hub. Accessible by taxi, Putra LRT, STAR LRT, KL Monorail, KTM Komuter and RAPID KL busses.

Before proceed to flight check-in counter, please make sure you have purchased the KLIA Express train ticket, you will not be able to check-in without the KLIA Express train ticket.

Currently only a few airlines accepts flight check-in from KL CAT, as per below

  • Malaysia Airlines
  • Cathay Pacific Airways
  • Royal Brunei Airlines

Flight check-in time

  • As early as 12 hours before flight departure
  • International flight: 2 hours before flight departure
  • Domestic flight with luggage: 2 hours before flight departure
  • Domestic flight: 1 ½ hours before flight departure

    apa pasal orang yang nak cek in dipaksa beli tiket ERL, apa kena mengena ERL dengan cek in kapal terbang. Tak mestinya orang cek in kapal terbang nak naik ERL
