This is my 3rd time in Jakarta, and this time I’m staying in an exclusive Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Grand Hyatt Hotel (GHL) is located in the heart of Jakarta City Center, it is adjacent to the famous Plaza Indonesia shopping mall and EX Entertainment Center. It’s just a few second walks to Plaza Indonesia from the hotel lobby, very near!
Shopping will not be a problem if you stay in GHL. That area is surrounded with shopping malls. Even the famous Tanah Abang is only 15 minutes drive from GHL.
Variety of foods are available from the shopping malls food courts, be it local, Western and Asian foods.

The room is spacious; it’s more than enough for me and my wife. It offers a stunning view of pool, lush gardens and the famous Jakarta City Center roundabout.
Other facilities provided in the room …
- Internet access
- Air conditioning
- Cable TV, comes with HBO, Star Movie, Cinemax, ESPN and MTV
- Hairdryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Mini bar
- Tea and coffee making facilities
- In-room safe
- A convenience build in wardrobe
- A lovely bathroom
- Telephone
- Voice mail
- Complementary mineral water
- Complementary fruits
If your room comes with breakfast, you have the option to enjoy breakfast in your room. They can deliver your choice of breakfast at no extra cost.
The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. We definitely enjoy our stay here! Book you room today at Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta.
