How to get to Sepang F1 Circuit

As I was traveling alone, it makes sense for me to take the public transportation. Aerobus was the appointed bus to Sepang F1 Circuit, but there where other buses like Sky Bus and Star Cruise.

The buses are available at KL Sentral, at Lower Ground (LG) floor. Aerobus ticket is RM 8 per person. The return ticket is RM 14

Try not to purchase a return ticket, although it will be slightly cheaper. The reason being is that many people will be looking for a ride home, by not purchasing return ticket you are opening up your options to take different buses, and it will be much more easier to get a ride back to KL Sentral.

KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Package – The Fastest Way to the F1 Race
Kuala Lumpur, 05 March 2010: The KLIA Transit, the fast train to KLIA operated by Express Rail Link (ERL) has the reputation of being the fastest mode of transportation to the Formula One (F1) Race.
F1 spectators can now purchase the KLIA Transit Formula One Transfer Package to go to the race. The packages are of great convenience to spectators as it includes a high speed train ride on the KLIA Transit plying between KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and a shuttle bus between KLIA and Sepang International Circuit (SIC). The Transfer Package fares are as follows:
Complete Package (includes both Train and Shuttle Bus)
* 3-Day Return Package (2nd, 3rd and 4th April 2010) – RM 120.00 per person
* 2-Day Return Package (3rd and 4th April 2010 only) – RM 90.00 per person
* One-way Trip (2nd or 3rd or 4th April 2010) – RM 25.00 per person per trip
Upon reaching the KLIA station, package holders will board a KLIA-SIC shuttle bus to the race at the Sepang International Circuit. This shuttle bus service is also available to non-package holders at RM 10.00 one-way.
Pn. Noormah Mohd Noor, CEO ERL, said, “KLIA Transit is known for its reliability in getting fans to the circuit. Our hassle-free KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Package takes fans on the KLIA Transit train from KL Sentral to KLIA. From there, dedicated coaches shuttle them right up to their respective gates at the Sepang race-track. F1 spectators benefit immensely from using the packages as they can travel without any traffic hassle, need to find parking or even the long wait to move out once the race is over. We are also extending our operational hours on the last day of the event to facilitate fans attending the after-race concert at SIC”
The transfer packages can now be conveniently purchased together with the F1 race tickets on SIC’s website, as well as from selected agents and at all KLIA Transit stations (except Salak Tinggi). Race fans who purchase Diamond, Garnett and Ruby F1 race tickets are automatically given a free 3-Day Transfer Package as a special bonus this year.
For the first time, the “ERL City Shuttle” will be introduced this year to provide convenient shuttle bus services from most of the major hotels in the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The ERL City Shuttle will pick-up passengers at selected hotels and transfer them quickly to KL Sentral, where they can use the KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Packages to go to the race. The shuttle buses will run on three separate routes, on an hourly (2nd & 3rd Apr) and half-hourly (4th Apr) frequency. The fare is RM10 per one-way trip, but KLIA Transit F1 Transfer Package holders enjoy a special rate of only RM5.00.

Hi.
Did you create another thread answering Matt’s question? Although I realise it’s a long way to travel, I would also like to try and travel from Singapore to Sepang and back on the same day.
Thanks
